e-Posters – guidelines

Submit an e-poster

E-posters can be submitted from August 24 to September 14, 2026. Before sending the poster, check its ID in the e-poster presentation table.

Requirements for preparing e-posters

  • File format: JPG, PDF, PPT/PPTX, (presentations should not contain videos, animations, or transitions),
  • Maximum number of slides/pages: 1,
  • Language:  English,
  • Landscape orientation with a 16:9 aspect ratio, recommended resolution: 1920 x 1080 px. An example of a blank PowerPoint presentation is available at:

  • Minimum font size: 8 (for 1920 x 1080 resolution),
  • The file size of the electronic poster cannot exceed 10 MB,
  • Time for the presentation – max. 7 minutes.
